I have sold before in Nelson using Caroline Fletcher and as it was a very positive experience I elected to use her again. I live in the North Island and needed an agent who I was confident would be conscientious about presenting and keeping an eye on my house. As always Caroline was forthright about what needed doing. my property had been a rental and was empty so she put me in touch with a company that dressed my house and it absolutely looked its best. She arranged a gardener to keep that area looking appealing . Caroline was always available if I had questions and concerns .
