We were fortunate to deal with Struan. He has a lot of experience and not only advised us before the houses went on the marketing but throughout the process. We got a quick result which I'm sure was due to his long standing network and still keeps in touch now we are in the final stages of completing the sale. Highly recommend Struan to any potential seller.

Selling a house is generally agreed to be a challenging experience, from the initial choice of an agent to the final settlement. From our first meeting with Caroline Fletcher we have had complete confidence in her professionalism and calm confidence. Questions and uncertainties were responded to immediately and with empathy for our particular circumstances which was very reassuring. This, together with the support of Caroline’s colleagues at Harcourts ensured that a successful outcome happened as smoothly as possible.

Caroline Fletcher has been a caring understanding and very helpful person. Buying another house has been a mission as I lost my new home in August 2022. It has been a pleasure dealing with Harcourts. Thank you sincerely Caroline for your help. Sue

From the time we make our initial contact with Caroline, until the contract became unconditional, was like sailing in calm waters. It's good to know that there are people out there who know what they are doing.

Mike was fantastic! Super professional, straight to the point and obviously knows what he's doing. Mike knew that time was of the essence, not only did he get us a quick sale, he also managed to land us a higher than expected offer which worked out smoothly. Top notch!

We've been very happy with Mike Rollo as the agent for our house sale. As we were selling from a distance, there's been extra work for Mike to attend to due to us not being available to deal with the little things that we would have done ourselves if closer by (organizing gardeners, tradies etc.) He communicated well with us, and always answered our questions and explained each step of the process to us. We'd highly recommend Mike as friendly, honest and willing to assist the seller however is required. Thanks Mike and team!
