It was a quick sale... within three weeks of sighting the property, I now call this place home! It was clearly meant to be... I really appreciated Caroline's open communication throughout, along with prompt replies to all of my queries. The buying process could not have been any easier. I really appreciated Caroline's honesty, integrity and willingness to go the extra mile to make this happen. I am absolutely over the moon with my forever home in sunny Nelson!

I have sold before in Nelson using Caroline Fletcher and as it was a very positive experience I elected to use her again. I live in the North Island and needed an agent who I was confident would be conscientious about presenting and keeping an eye on my house. As always Caroline was forthright about what needed doing. my property had been a rental and was empty so she put me in touch with a company that dressed my house and it absolutely looked its best. She arranged a gardener to keep that area looking appealing . Caroline was always available if I had questions and concerns . In a falling market I feel Caroline achieved the very best price for me from advertising, open homes and private viewings. I heartily recommend Caroline to others who are selling. If you are buying, because Caroline listens to and really hears what you are saying I feel she would search out and present those properties that would fit your requirements. Many many thanks Caroline.

From the get go Mike was professional to deal with and as committed to selling our home as we were. He provided a range of selling options and really worked with us to ensure we were maximizing all opportunities when it came to selling our property. Mike communicated with us regularly and kept us fully informed right through the listing and selling processes so we were never left wondering. We valued his years of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry and his ability to recall information and events that occurred years prior is quite remarkable! We trust Mike and wouldn't hesitate to list with him again in the future.

After a previous bad experience with another agent (curiously not on this site!) dealing with Mike was great. Straightforward, easy to communicate with, no-nonsense, and helpful. Exactly what one would hope for when buying/selling a house. The rest of the team at Harcourts has also been charming and helpful. I would definitely recommend Mike and his team to anyone considering selling.

Struan managed a complicated sale and purchase involving Trusts and a deceased estate. There was a tight time line as well. With his efficiency and experience he got it over the line. His communication was also very good and to the point.

With Carolines' expertise and knowledge of the real estate industry, we felt comforted and calm through a quite rough, stressed and first property sale. She went far and beyond to help us sell our beloved home. From the initial consultation to when the hammer fell on the auction, Caroline was not only professional and caring, she had her entire focus on us, even at 4 am in the morning thinking of ideas of how she could help us sell out home <3 Thanks to Caroline, we are on our next adventure in Christchurch and we can't recommend her enough! All of our warmest wishes/ Malin and Sean

Mike understood the situation we were in when looking to purchase a house. He managed to negotiate what should have been a straightforward sale, when a few problems can to light. He understood our position and concerns, and we were reassured that he was taking on board what we were saying and acting appropriately on what we were saying. Would recommend him to other people.

Caroline came highly recommended as a standout Real Estate Agent. This view was echoed many times so choosing her to guide us through the marketing of our home was easy. We were not disappointed. From the outset her total commitment to us as vendors was evident. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always there to answer or follow up our queries and so facilitate a smooth selling process. Caroline’s professionalism and vast knowledge and understanding of her vendors’ and buyers’ needs secured a sale for us in super quick time and she successfully finalised the sale within two weeks of going live! Caroline’s friendly and professional approach was impressive and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone contemplating buying or selling.
