We've been very happy with Mike Rollo as the agent for our house sale. As we were selling from a distance, there's been extra work for Mike to attend to due to us not being available to deal with the little things that we would have done ourselves if closer by (organizing gardeners, tradies etc.) He communicated well with us, and always answered our questions and explained each step of the process to us. I would like to say a big thanks to Mike Rollo for being so helpful in the journey of buying our first house in Aoteoroa. Being a first home buyer and new to NZ house market , we were really confused about the market. Like how things work from starting to end in the process of buying. Mike was really helpful from day one. We saw property with Mckenzie but he was always in loop while he was out of country for a trip. Due to his effective communication and market knowledge we were able to buy a house in our planned budget. He has good negotiations skills, which actually help us to go further within our budget. He was helpful in communicating as we asked like hundreds of questions but he always came with a smile and positive response . He guided us considering our financial limits. I like how he respect and understand the feelings and sentiments of both parties.

At the first meeting Caroline fully informed me of the process despite having sold a house for me previously. Caroline worked out a great marketing plan, hired very good photographers, taught me how to present my house for showing, saw to it that I followed her instructions. Open homes were spaced out as progress dictated. Viewers were followed up assiduously, and negotiations were begun with likely and genuine purchasers. Negotiations with the final purchaser were handled with skill and my purchase price was achieved.
