Property listed on the Friday, first open home on the Sunday, Multiple offers by Tuesday and under contract on Wednesday.... and a top price. Can't ask for more than that! This is the third property Eddie has sold for me, and excellent results every time. Cheers Nigel

Supportive, encouraging, always available to answer calls and texts messages. I felt listened too and reassured through what can be both an exciting but stressful time. Forward thinking and fast moving.

Eddie has recently sold a property for us in Havelock North. From day one he was actively working on everything needed to ensure we got the best price for our property and he kept us informed and up to date right along the way. We look forward to working with Eddie again in the next few months.

I have had 2 sales experiences with Pete, a purchase and a sale. Pete's approach is friendly and professional. Pete has gone out of the way to help solve issues that come to light, as inevitably they often can. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants the best outcome for his clients. Pete will be the first person I would make contact with for future property sales.

Steve and Pete are an awesome team. Always going the extra mile to make our sale the best it could be under the circumstances. An old, dated 2 bedroom unit was made way more saleable by Steve and Tara's hard work painting and positive recommendation of a fantastic staging company. We always felt our property was at the top of their listings. Communication was regular, up to date and honest so we always knew what was happening. Weekly reviews and listing details included updates of how our property was tracking on the open market. We always felt confident that we were being well looked after in this current volatile real estate market. Signage on the road was very informative well photographed, colorful and well designed. Steve and Pete were always realistic and honest about the property and how it sat in Havelock North compared to other sales. Open homes were weekly and on demand and Steve always went out of his way to inform us how they went. We highly recommend this double duo.

We have just sold our property through Eddie and he was a very diligent and communicative agent to work with. He went over and above in many ways which was really helpful as we are not based in Hastings. Eddie ensured that we were across developments at all times, and we found his friendly demeanor made him very easy to deal with.
