He asked a few questions about my situation, fisrt home? Etc. I explained recently seperated/divorced. Starting again. Touchy subject, but Eddie was, I felt, genuinely compassionate. I know he's working for the seller, & I'm the buyer. But it didn't feel like he was working completely against me.

Eddie had a very good knowledge of the local market and recent sale prices in the area. Easy to talk with and offered good advice which all helped make this experience of selling stress free. Very professional in his approach and an excellent negotiator with a swift sale. Thank you Eddie.
