Steve and Pete are an awesome team. Always going the extra mile to make our sale the best it could be under the circumstances. An old, dated 2 bedroom unit was made way more saleable by Steve and Tara's hard work painting and positive recommendation of a fantastic staging company. We always felt our property was at the top of their listings. Communication was regular, up to date and honest so we always knew what was happening. Weekly reviews and listing details included updates of how our property was tracking on the open market. We always felt confident that we were being well looked after in this current volatile real estate market. Signage on the road was very informative well photographed, colorful and well designed. Steve and Pete were always realistic and honest about the property and how it sat in Havelock North compared to other sales. Open homes were weekly and on demand and Steve always went out of his way to inform us how they went. We highly recommend this double duo.
