Pleasant, interactive and easy communicator. Understood good and bad points about our property. 'It's not about him, it's about the property'. Was willing to work according to our own and perhaps sometimes demanding wishes (eg more frequent follow-ups with potential buyers etc). Overall warmly recommended.
