It was quite a simple decision to go with Diego, his results speak for themselves. In this difficult market, selling is a challenge so my highest priority was working with an agent who would be able to achieve a sale. Diego was responsive from the very beginning and although I initially spoke to several agents, he outshone them all, contacting me almost immediately and obviously putting time into providing a meaningful assessment of how we would go to market, before I had even agreed to give him the listing. He applied zero pressure for me to list with him, but he didn't need to as his proposal and market analysis was far superior to the others I saw. During the course of our marketing campaign I also had the pleasure of working with Team Diego and they were awesome. The responsiveness and professionalism Diego led with is a part of their DNA, and I was well informed and confident throughout the entire process. Selling a house in the market we were in should be super stressful but Team Diego totally mitigated that and were wonderfully supportive. My only concern going into this campaign was that perhaps Diego wouldn't be able to give my listing full attention as he has so many listings, but this couldn't have been further from my experience and I can see how he gives all of his listings and vendors full attention - with such a highly skilled team behind him. Sam is also incredible, and I saw several examples of him doggedly following up and generating leads and interest in the property at every opportunity. Melissa is constantly cheerful, helpful and mega organised and always a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Team Diego again, it's obvious they are the best and it was great to have the opportunity to work with them and really see why!
