Overall Diego and his colleagues were quick, experienced, efficient and very professional. They know the market well and we felt we were in good hands all through out the process. Diego performs exceptionally well when it comes to negotiating prices with vendors. Seems to have a sixth sense about peoples interest's and appetites. Our overall experience was positive in spite of some of the challenges involved.

We dealt with Diego and his team on a previous house sale. We found them to be both friendly and professional. On our next house sale we decided to use them again and they sold the house for us in under a week. Thanks Diego and team.

My husband and I were in the market looking for our First Home. We had been looking for a few weeks and juggling open home times with weekend plans was tricky to say the least. We had missed the scheduled open home time so I got in touch with Cleedon for a private viewing. He rang me straight away and said he could be at the home in 15 minutes – perfect timing as we were in the neighbourhood too. Right from the get-go Cleedon had a genuine aura about him. He openly gave information about the property and advice for us. We loved the property and decided to put an offer in that weekend. Cleedon was prompt and responsive, even outside normal business hours. He answered all our questions with no hesitation – we had many! We appreciated the open discussion in the chat group and the communication of updates he provided. We felt supported, heard, that our best interests were at heart and a lot of trust. Cleedon has left an impressionable memory on us and has played an integral part of this milestone. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, genuine, who is committed to finding the right fit for you and walks the talk – look no further, Cleedon is your guy! Thank you for all your hard mahi Cleedon. We appreciate you. Victoria & Junior

Cleedon kept us informed all the way through the process. We were involved in multi offer which from our perspective he handled fairly to all parties. All questions we had were quickly addressed & he demonstrated a good knowledge of the property.

Cleedon and his team from the beginning of the process were amazing, taking me through it step by step. He has an authentic, compassionate and realistic style in how he works and this was evident with an unconditional sale in 32 days!! Previous agents I had talked too weren't even interested in selling my home, but Cleedon was. The team also helped me source tradies to do remediation work to improve the chance of a sale and the communication and feedback was always constant and clear. I would 100% recommend Team Diego and would use them again.

I appreciated Diego's no-nonsense approach. I never felt I was being "sold" something that could not be achieved. Diego and his team were quick with all correspondence. Everything seemed to happen in real time. I knew exactly what was going on during open homes and felt kept in the loop at every stage. Based on existing reviews I got exactly what I expected, in reality this is a very high standard.
