I am living overseas and was recommended Rosie & Daniel from a friend in Te Atatu Peninsula. I have been so thrilled with the entire process of working with them and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning they were incredibly helpful and attentive and totally onto every detail that needed attending to. The marketing strategy they chose was perfect for the house I was selling and it was sold within weeks of being put on the market - a great result in such a tough housing market. The whole process was managed incredibly smoothly from a distance. I cannot thank them enough - they made a potentially stressful process a piece of cake!

Throughout our house buying process, we viewed many homes, a few of them listed by Daniel and Rosie. They were by far our favourite agents. Nothing is too much effort. As well as being highly professional and knowledgable, they are extremely personable and have a unique ability to relate and get along with every kind of person. Being on the other side of the coin now (as buyers) we can appreciate this even more - an 'unhelpful' agent can really put you off a property. It's fair to say that Rosie & Daniel went above and beyond in every aspect, their varied complementary skill-base means you have pretty much everything covered. We had a few unusual challenges crop up and they were unfailingly positive and proactive with practical solutions. No question was too small or too silly. They were gracious, helpful and genuinely nice people. Could not recommend more highly. They worked hard for us in a very quiet market and got a great result.
