Right from initial engagement Lisa was the consumate professional. I was provided with current sales data, market statistics and an open, honest overview of the strength of the sales market. The entire experience was very relaxed and at no point was there any pressure applied or unrealistic sale price appraisal given. I felt in good hands, experienced and honest hands. Lisa walked me thru the entire process at my pace, provided advice, wrote me a list for sales prep and provided assistance with gardeners and staging. Lisa made it easy. The communication throughout was amazing, milestones along the journey were met seamlessly and the sale strategy was clear from the start. Communication around property viewing and open homes was very courteous, considerate and consultative. Without applying any pressure to me, to fix a price, Lisa used her experience and knowledge to meet the market. The result was great ! I couldn't have been happier with the sale. Diego was an excellent agent, we were operating in different time zones, and despite the late hours Diego still ensured he responded to me, even though it was much later for him. I found Diego incredibly prompt in his responses to me, he would reply almost instantaneously on what’s ap, or that day on email. If I had a question or wanted sales data he provided it that day, and within minutes sometimes, I have never had an agent who responded so quickly or after hours as Diego did. He was also very knowledgeable of the market and had connections if things needed doing such as garden work, rubbish runs, and locksmith issues. As occoured with me, the property had a lock which became broken and Diego immediately sorted the issue, which was invaluable as I was not in Auckland to organise this myself. Like wise with rubbish removal that needed to be sorted, Diego arranged all this. I would absolutely sell with Diego again, and if you are looking for an agent who is personable, intelligent, quick to respond, has initiative with problem solving on the go and want your property sold, I highly recommend Diego.
