Daniel has been awesome to work with, as this was an auction the due diligence was required up front and Daniel really supported all our queries and gave us lots of opportunity to visit the site and understand what we needed prior to the auction. Post auction he has supported with site visits as needed and worked as an effective communicator between the vendor and ourselves. He is easygoing and very personable, he has made the whole process easy..!

Daniel was very quick to respond to any questions we had and did not feel too ‘pushy’ like some other agents we had experience with. He was also clear in all communication with us and kept us up to date with any changes.
