Kim sold us our beautiful home in 2013. It more than lived up to our expectations and we were sad to have to sell. It made good sense to stay with a well respected agent and agency which deals with quality homes. Kim has a wealth of knowledge of the local market and her estimation of the market value of the property was realistic and well within the sale price expectations we had set ourselves. Kim quickly had the marketing material prepared and this far exceeded our expectations and the property looked stunning in the photo's and video. Communication was really important to us and Kim regularly updated us on prospects and enquires. The property sold quicker than we had hoped for and Kim made it a really seamless process.
