We have chosen to do an evaluation of agents & process as we have had a mixed journey through out the sale of our house. Penny Lyons was recommended to us by neighbours who had purchased through Penny & they really rated her. We were very happy with Penny’s presentation & chose her as our listing agent. Sacha was her assistant/acting agent. The major disappointment of our journey was when one sale fell through, the ink wasn’t dry on the contract! Penny did front this unfortunate situation & did continue to work our property. We were delighted when the sale was secure & sold sign at the gate! Penny delivered beautiful flowers & champagne.
