Mike was the first agent we contacted in Taupo when looking for a property. We would normally use several agents but found his knowledge of Taupo and the area excellent. He listened to our requirements and provided us with a list of properties to consider. However the property he recommended to view first included almost all of our requirements which we finally purchased. The vendor had a history of being difficult to deal with but Mike guided us skillfully through the negotiation period and got a signed contract at a figure less than the vendor had turned down in the past.
