Leanne has been fantastic right throughout the process of selling our home and purchasing our new home. Every question has been answered in a way we could understand it and we would not hesitate to contact Leanne if we were ever to sell again.

Kim provided clear communication, helpful advice, efficient service and succeeded in selling our section. Kim offered good knowledge and experience of the Kinloch area and was well-connected within the community and wider area, so able to assist in connecting this remote vendor with other services, such as property maintenance and surveying. Would recommend to others with property to sell in Kinloch.

Kim responded quickly and professionally to all our enquirers and questions and put together the deal effortlessly.

In a very difficult and changing market, Mike kept us informed at all times with a very professsional analysis of what was happening. He was always positive and reassuring, but also ensured that we understood the implications of what was happening. He was a pleasure to deal with and very supportive when we were having some personal challenges. We were overseas for some weeks during the sales process and Mike was excellent in his communication with our son, so as not to disrupt our holiday until an approriate offer was received. We and our son thought he went above and beyond our expectations of a sales agent. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mike to other vendors.

Mike gives very professional advice when selling a house. Communication is clear and always replies to emails, messages and calls. We liked the personal service where he held all the open homes himself. Mike works extremely hard with both parties to get the sale over the line. We would definitely recommend Mike, as an agent.

We could not recommend Penny, Sacha & the team at Sotheby's Taupō highly enough. They were a dream to work with ... highly professional, very supportive and empathetic, provided high quality marketing materials and excellent advice that produced great results. The process was smooth and seamless, and nothing was too much trouble. They were not only great representatives of the property and the family, but matched a buyer who will continue to love this home.
