Shellene was super helpful and responsive when we got in touch about getting us through a house we spotted. Shellene got us in to look through the house less than 24 hours after we saw it online, and then 24 hours after that we had an offer accepted! This was a stark difference to our previous experiences which had been prolonged and with agents telling us one thing and vendors doing another - Shellene effectively and accurately communicated between us and the vendor, resulting in a deal being done less than 48 hours after seeing the house. Throghout the whole process, including the actions following our offer being accepted Shellene communicated clearly about what the next steps were which helped us feel less freaked out as first home buyers. Shellene was always very friendly and personable and made us feel like she shared in our excitement in buying our first home.
