Kelly is professional but personable and went above and beyond to help us secure this property. We have met many real estate agents and they don’t match to Kelly. She is one in a million. Brilliant communication, made for this career. She organised to help us with something on the house that she didn’t need to, which was a Godsend. Extremely helpful, attentive and patient... and his advice proved very valuable!
Warrick was attentive and helpful from our first enquiry regarding the likelihood of selling our property. Out tenant was reluctant to vacate and Warrick offered relevant and helpful support to help us make decisions. He refrained from creating urgency and waited until we got back to him months later. He has been helpful every step of the way and made suggestions around staging and marketing that proved very valuable. He was more than prepared to put the work in and went out of his way to make sure all parties were looked after, even going out to buy light bulbs and arranging dump runs with no resolve. Even though we live in Hamilton we have friends in Whangarei that we would highly recommend to market their property through Warrick. Well done and a big thank you for creating a good outcome for us. 5 stars!

Very professional and detailed.
