I recently chose Warrick Harkness from Ray White Ltd to market and sell my coastal property in Whananaki Northland. I have been most impressed with Warrick's marketing plan, his enthusiasm, his professional experienced advice plus his skills in advertising where he did a remarkable ,successful well organised sales promotion . i have found Warrick to be always totally enthusiastic with a cheerful friendly personality . i would most certainly recommend Warrick as a number one Realtor !

I cannot praise Fiona highly enough. Her enthusiasm and tireless energy to find the right buyer for my property were just amazing. She understood my requirements completely, and made sure that all my needs were met. She is a diamond among real estate agents and really went the extra mile for me. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

We felt so encouraged and supported in the process of selling our home. Rae is a fantastic communicator. She is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She helped us showcase our home very successfully. We had many people come visit at the open homes, and a high number of potential purchasers. We had fantastic results in selling our home!
