From the get go, Gavin was extremely insightful and provided us with a lot of confidence in the sale of our home. Of the 3 agents who we requested quotes from, he was the only one who took us through it in detail and provided some really strong advice on how to maximize the performance of the sale. We were met with unexpected hurdles along the way, and Gavin was great with both communication to us and solutions.
