Alex helped to sell one of my rental properties off-market in just over 1 week. I was thrilled. He was very good in communicating any progress with me and getting back to me when he couldn't respond straight away. He is professional, but also easy-going and friendly and Alex knows the Porirua market really well. I appreciated the marketing advice he provided and he has some good experience when dealing with tenanted properties. Selling a house is a really big deal... especially because it's not a regular occurrence for most of us. Mary provided sound advice and guidance, explained things to me when required and walked me through the process of dealing with the other real estate agents. We discussed selling options and pros and cons for various decision requirements. It was great to have someone to bounce ideas off. In her role as a real estate agent, Mary was able to provide most recent information on sales, what the markets doing etc. This information was useful when I finally made the decision to sell.

Seemed very nice and professional but the best thing about Gavin was that he was calm and collected on auction day but he HAVE ME CLAUDINE. However, I dont know how I missed this house, but I randomly saw it and Tweed St, when I was trying to get a realistic price comparison for another unrelated house. I phoned on the offchance of viewing it, as I had missed the openhome and was living rural in Horokiwi. A long way to come back. Claudine stepped in when I really needed her and came at short notice. I wasn't expecting to but, we both loved it. Claudine showed us around but was not intrusive. We felt comfortable talking to each other in front of her. She gave us space as well. She answered all our questions, was attentive and very supportive on auction day. She definitely gave me confidence that I could do this. It's quite an overwhelming time. I really feel She has gone above and beyond and she has been in contact since to auction to see how we were. Tony and I would totally recommend her as an agent. All the best CLAUDINE!

We listed our house with Fleur as bought our new home through her conditional on its sale. She was really helpful getting it ready for sale, including loaning us some of her personal styling items throughout the listing process through to ironing the bedspreads before the real estate photos. It was an emotional sale for us and we felt pretty well supported by Fleur amidst the uncertainties of a sale process, but were pleased to have a successful sale at a price we were happy with via a competitive auction that was brought forward by a week. Would recommend.
