Having purchased five houses previously, we have a fair amount of experience with numerous realtors and AM (Annemarie Janssen) is among the best. Since all of our home purchases were overseas, AM’s assistance with our first NZ home was invaluable. Our inexperience with NZ home buying was not a liability at all because we were in such great hands. AM was attentive, helpful, devoted, hard working, communicative and persistent on our behalf. Even though she represented the vendors, she worked hard to close the deal to the satisfaction of both vendors and us buyers. As a courtesy, AM personally escorted us through an actual auction event, even though we did not intend to bid, just so we could experience and learn about the process for future reference. The time spent and her explanations were invaluable and served us well when we landed the highest bid as participants at a later auction. We were actually overseas during the auction and subsequent negotiations but AM made sure that we missed nothing and stayed in close communication.
