This was our second time selling with Team Cooling. We were so impressed 10 years ago that when it came time to move on again, Team Cooling were at the forefront of our minds. Andy is incredibly personable, and we never felt pressured into making any quick decisions. Shona was so efficient and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Charlie was great too, always giving prompt feedback. They are a great team. We were so happy with the end result and would not hesitate to engage Team Cooling again (maybe in another 10 years!)

We have been very lucky with our property sale and purchase events. We are in good communication with the new owners for here and it is very warming for us to see a couple who we feel will fit in well with the neighbourhood. Our tenure here for the 28 years has been a wonderful time in our life. Looking back, it is over 18 months since we met up with Andy for the first purchase try at 15 Longitude. During this time we have been constantly updated on potential alternatives for our future housing needs. I worked for a large corporate in my professional career. For an event to be achieved, you always had to have a couple of “back up” plans as for some unexpected reason, more particularly a communication failure, things just didn’t happen as planned. Not so with Andy. His communication was always frequent, reliable and well meaning. Through our open home adventures, we came across Charlie, as like a “chip off the old block” !! was enjoyable to deal with. We are well on the way for the house shifting and look forward to settling down in the new home and adjusting to the new lifestyle. Andy and Team Cooling did a great job from initial contact to sale of the property. Great knowledge of the area and sales history, which enabled frank conversations for us as a seller but also with the buyers. Andy listened to what we wanted, advised and ultimately supported us when we sought a value that represented the condition, rarity and value of our property even in a difficult market. The marketing campaign worked well, the photos, video, website presence etc reached a wide level of interest, resulting in a number of busy open homes.
