Both Gavin and Claudine have excellent people skills, they were always so friendly, honest and approachable, plus they were very punctual for Open Homes and meetings and for answering our queries. We also really enjoyed receiving the weekly campaign summaries, and felt this was an excellent feature provided to vendors to keep your finger on the pulse of how the marketing was going.
