When I met Fleur she immediately blew me away with her bubbly energy.  She was super knowledgeable and experienced, and she listened to me, understood my situation and worked with me to devise an appropriate strategy.What I found really amazing was how she grew and managed relationships with potential buyers. She was extremely empathetic and she knew how to listen.  (Not all agents do!!) I feel this was key to getting the great end result for me.She had really great communication and kept me in the loop all the way, so I felt comfortable with the process.  She really genuinely cared about me and my house. Paula and her team were fantastic to deal with. They regularly checked in with us on where we were at and what we were looking for. Once at the offer stage, they provided fantastic guidance on process and supported us submitting our offer. Paula provided regular communications and updates and was always happy to take our (regular) calls. She was also very flexible along with the vendor is accommodating private views.
