We worked with Mr Sharma for nearly 6 months while searching for the right property, and throughout the whole process he was always patient, honest, and never pushy. What really made him stand out was how genuine and responsive he was. Whenever we had questions or needed advice, he always got back to us quickly and made us feel like we were a priority. His knowledge of the market was also incredibly strong, and he was very good at pointing out both the positives and the potential issues with properties instead of just trying to make a sale. Before working closely with Mr Sharma, we actually tried buying a couple of properties without using a buyer’s agent and ended up paying for two separate builder’s reports that completely failed inspection. One property on Claude Street had rotten weatherboards along with poorly done roof and floor insulation, and another property out on Ohaupo Road near Hamilton needed a full roof replacement. He helped us stay patient, avoid costly mistakes, and eventually find the property we definitely wanted.
