His communication and attention to detail really stood out, and he went above and beyond to help us secure the property. We’re very happy with his service and would highly recommend Hitesh to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend having the property independently inspected before purchasing a house sold by Hitesh. I recently bought a house that was advertised as fully renovated, but after settlement I discovered several issues, including leaking gutters, a non-functioning hot-water cylinder, broken roof tiles, and newly installed lights that do not work properly. I also found concerns with the quality and standard of the renovation work. He buy the house with his wife and friends, and renovate very cheaply and sell. Some of the information provided to me before purchase did not match the condition of the property. I have photographs, documentation, and other evidence relating to the issues and work carried out. Please think twice before buy the house from Hitesh.
When I give a property to Hitesh for sale, I let go of everything and simply relax. He handles all aspects, and within a brief timeframe, I receive updates that everything is completed, allowing me to concentrate on my next project.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience with our agent! From the very beginning, he worked incredibly hard to help us secure our property and went above and beyond every step of the way. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming process was made to feel like an absolute piece of cake. He was always there to reassure us, answer our questions, guide us through each step, and make sure we felt confident in every decision we were making. Hitesh is just awesome. From day one, I felt like he was always looking at things from the buyer's shoes, not just trying to sell us a house. He really took the time to understand what we were after, what kind of home we wanted, and every little specification that mattered to us. We recently bought our first home through Hitesh, and honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us. He was always there to answer our questions, gave us honest advice, and never made us feel pressured. He genuinely wanted us to find the right home, not just any home. What I noticed most was that Hitesh does this job with passion. It never felt like he was working just for the commission or the sale. You can see he enjoys helping people and wants the right property to go to the right family. If you're new to the Hamilton market or buying your first home, I would honestly recommend Hitesh without any hesitation. Thank you for making this journey so much easier for us. You truly deserve these 5 stars :)

Simple , straightforward communication style, good negotiation skills, really professional and he knows his stuff
He provided guidance from the start on how to stage and decorate the property, followed by viewing schedules, until the property was sold. Highly organized expert, showcased the property with expertise and achieved the outcome.
