Why anyone would pay the exorbitant charges of other real estate companies is beyond belief. Arizto does everything the 'big' companies does and does it just as well, if not better. Scott was an excellent ambassador for his company. He was always attentive and kept us fully aware of everything going on. He was totally professional and we would recommend anyone considering selling to contact Arizto first. If they are lucky, they will be in Scott's geographic area.

We were disappointed with Wendy as our agent. Once there was an offer Wendy showed no further interest to market the house. No more open homes were considered until suggested by us. Although Wendy agreed, it did not eventuate and no effort to communicate this with us was made. Wendy's appraisal was a lot lower than other appraisals we got and lower than what we were willing to sell for and got in the end. Maybe you do get what you pay for!
