Andrew presented very professionally, was always punctual, gave accurate advice and information in response to my questions and always observed the correct Covid-19 practices. His market knowledge was spot on and was borne out by the price achieved at sale. Andrew spelt out the legalities in simple terms and and informed me of my obligations as vendor. He gave prompt feedback from open homes and viewings and kept me informed about progress during the sale process. The Arizto online portal assisted this. He made himself available during the Christmas - New Year period. I found that Andrew has a down to earth, no-nonsense approach which worked very well during the hectic, often complex process of presenting a home for sale and his wry sense of humour helped tremendously. I am thankful I was able to engage him as my Real Estate Agent and would recommend him to others.

Having looked around at the different real estate companies and their rates I thought there has to be a better way. Then I was told about Arizto, you can go wrong with a flat fee, but I was skeptical. My details were given to Andrew and we received a call back within a day. Wow what can we say to team arizto! Selling a home of 40 years plus is never an easy feat!
