He was straight to the point and direct. Managed to sell our house despite a very quiet market. He seems to have a lot on his plate hence he may need to triple check appointments. There was a scheduled viewing for our house, we waited for 20mins or longer but there was no show, no text or call either, we were just waiting in our car. After half an hour I decided to txt martin to follow up and that was the only time he told me the viewer cancelled. Otherwise arizto agency as a whole was a good choice we were not pressured to price our house too high thi king of the high commission that needs to be deducted from it. Wendy managed to sell our house after about 6 months on the market. She is very good at talking with potential customers and showing them around. There did need to be more communication between us as it was surprising that the company did not do all that is said on their list unless they were called and repeatedly asked about it. Photos were not chosen that best highlighted the house, it was a random selection. There was no professional overlook to the sale of our house. There were errors in advertising as well. But in the end, when brought to Wendy’s attention, she got it sorted and the house sold, so we are happy it is all over.
