I obtained market appraisals from both Scott and one other agency prior to listing with Arizto, the appraisals came in the same, however both proved to be a little low in the current market. Scott worked tirelessly to achieve the best outcome for us, both his and our hard work paid off. He was easy to contact, provided helpful information and professional contacts when needed and when he couldn't answer his phone, returned my calls in a timely fashion, would definitely use Scott again when I next decide to sell a property.

Newman made our experience so trouble free. We were well informed at all times on how the marketing was going and potential purchasers feedback on our property and the auction date pending. Confidence in how our property was being managed for the sale just made things so much easier. We have sold 4 properties and this was by far the best experience we have. Great savings on commission a bonus. Very happy result, very happy customers.

After 3 months of open homes with another agency and several low ball offers that the previous agent tried to convince me to accept. On the first weekend Nicole gave me 3 offers, all above the last agents, Nicole then negotiated one offer to cash, and the house was sold. I should have given her the listing from the start and saved myself a whole lot of false promises and BS. I paid her a bonus because she was worth it.

Felicity is professional, dedicated and it is very comfortable having her in our home. Her advise is always welcomed and she was often in our home while we were away and we were ok with that.

Alan Wilson is a brilliant real estate agent. Extremely knowledgeable, switched on, helpful and proactive. He always goes the extra mile and will work extremely hard to get the best possible outcome for the Vendors whilst always ensuring he looks after the customers as well. I would highly recommend Alan and we have used him for many house sales over the years and will continue to do so.

Despite being in the process of setting up a new agency, Heather and her team were on top of it from the outset. They did a thorough appraisal, heard our minor criticisms and improved the video, did open homes on request, advised on staging and added the professional touches, chased up the signage and had it installed. Heather was always ready to listen and to act, and always only a phone call away. When it came to the date of sale and the offers, she was proactive in engaging with the potential vendors, and sought the best price for the property. The result was a successful sale of my parents' estate, to a very happy purchaser. As Executor, I have no qualms in stating that for $10,000 commissionflat, rather than the traditional percentage plus marketing costs, there was no perceived reduction in outcome; but a considerable saving for the estate. The electronic paperwork was a new approach, but efficient and straightforward, with a clean and professional result. Thank you Heather. Arizto is definiltely the way to go

In life, there are key decisions that will define the direction for you and your family, so to be successful, you need the best people right next to you when the time comes... well, it was a tremendous pleasure for us to work in partnership with Wendy. Her extensive expertise, high-motivation, commitment, and quality of professionalism is significantly superior to most of the "typical" agents repeating the same phrases and sales pitching techniques over and over again. She is a 24/7 worker, always open to provide you a personal service and all required guidance during the entire process. Sales its her business, however, she has demonstrated great heart and integrity once you sign-off the agreement, and she really look after you and your interests. THANK YOU, AND THANK YOU AGAIN WENDY, YOU'RE THE BEST! Cesar, Lupita and Kids
