We became aware of Arizto through their presence in other regions around NZ and when it came to sell our property in Napier we contacted Miles and Shirlene at Arizto Hawkes Bay. From the first meeting we had no hesitation in engaging Shirlene and Miles to sell our house. They bought great enthusiasm, good knowledge and a fresh perspective. Our experience with Shirlene was brief as they sold the house in under a week! We could not recommend Shirlene more highly. Shirlene was a delight to work with, she was insightful, observant, knowledgeable and respectful. Coupled with the back up from Arizto head office with their savvy digital skills she made the overall process easy and painless.

Felicity had her finger on the pulse right from the beginning, she knew her market and she knew what was happening. She kept us informed throughout the process and gave fantastic advice right at the beginning when we first discussed with her the option of selling or keeping as a rental. And that was just the beginning, once we were actually ready to sell she made the whole process seamless. She achieved a fantastic result and we couldn't be more pleased with how it all went. We also particularly liked the on line basis of the company and how it operates - very modern and very user friendly. I would struggle to ever use a different company or Real Estate person. We cant thank you enough Falicity - so thnak you.

With all our dealings with Vic he impressed us with his knowledge and expertise. If we came up with a question that he was unsure of he didn't try to fudge an answer but would find out quickly and get back to us. He gave good advice on setting up for open homes. We sold on the second one. With the Arizto system it is all done on line and with Vic's help it was simple. Selling a house can be stressful but Vic made it easy for us and with his easy manner I'm sure he would have made it easy for the purchaser as well. We would highly recommend Victor Jones and Arizto to anyone thinking of selling their property
