Carl was recommended by a friend, which already put me at ease. I really appreciated how quick and easy communication was with Carl. He was there almost 24/7 to answer my questions. His knowledge of the market was really thorough and he very clearly understood the type of property I was after. It didn't take long to find the perfect match. Carl went the extra mile to help me: putting me in touch with a mortgage broker, organising a plumber to fix what was needed and a painter to finish off. Buying a house was a freakishly massive step for me and I got a lot of good advice and support from Carl. As a first time house buyer, I would recommend him and his "team" anytime. He is a top notch professional whose openness and forward manners really made it easier for me. Carl also coped extremely well with having my two very lively and inquisitive children around while visiting possible houses. He was kind and patient and answered their questions too, which made the process of moving a lot less scary for them. All in all I can only give him a glowing review and recommend him wholeheartedly.
