Dave in recent years switched his rugby colour codes to Pirates Old Boys blue so naturally it was only a matter of time that his suit colour would change to Harcourts navy. What hasn’t changed is his philosophy that there is no “I” in team and Dave Hegarty is without question, a team player. Southland born and bred, Dave has strong connections in our local community and sports particularly rugby when he isn’t busy with coordinating the annual Burt Munro Challenge, cooking the odd hangi for his nearest and dearest and gathering kai moana.
