Understanding
Dave was very understanding of my position, the amount I needed from the sale to be able to downsize, kept me informed all the time on what was happening and helped me with advice. If you want speedy results I would thoroughly recommend Dave for positive results.

Great genuine estate agent
I’ve been involved in the sale and purchase of a lot of properties over the years and have struggled with a few agents and had some bad experiences. This was totally not the case with Carl. He’s genuine and did a great job navigating our purchase. He’s clearly very good at his job and I highly recommend Carl if you want to sell or buy a house. We were very impressed with the whole process.

Dave went over and above our expectations and organised much more than we expected.
The house being sold needed clearance, cleaning and a garden tidy. All tasks I thought I'd have to organise remotely as I am in the UK. Dave took all of those in hand and when the photos came through I couldn't believe I was looking at the same home. Dave kept in contact throughout the process, phoning via my lawyer or by e mail. Being unfamiliar with NZ law and property rules I needed a lot explaining to me and he managed that well. The market pack, open day, selection of buyers and end price were all above my expectations. All in all Dave worked harder than I expected, got a good result for a needy and remote customer(me) and is a credit to Harcourts. If your a seller, ask for Dave.
