Very passionate and approachable!
We really liked how Craig presented the properties that we viewed under him and was amazed by how much he knew about them. Such a kind gentleman who really knows his craft and is very charismatic in dealing with his clients. Very professional and yet he gives you the feeling that you are just transacting with a mate who is always ready to give you his best piece of advice. Carl Wilson is one of the best humans, Best real estate agent That I have come across anywhere in the world, Over the past 10 years he has been truthful caring and honest from start to finish, I can be glad to also call him my friend over all of this time, Known him since Hoamz real estate and you could never ask or find anyone better than Carl, A true honest person and in the world that is a hard thing to find now, He cares what is going on in your life and always keeps in informed and updated at all stages of things happen and with me doing a subdivision without him this would of never gotten off the ground or finished. Top guy and would only use him for any projects sales or buying in the future, Trust in Carl and you will never go wrong.
