Easy to deal with, nothing is a problem, gets results fast!
We had many interactions with Glyn when we were property hunting so we were able to see first hand how he operated and the results he got. So when it was time to sell our property the decision to chose Glyn was a no-brainer. Glyn is easy to deal with, nothing is a problem and he gets results fast. We would not hesitate to use him again.

Friendly, professional and trustworthy.
Working with Glyn was a pleasure. He provided us with all the information we required, promptly answered texts and emails and had a good knowledge of the property we were interested in. He was also very friendly and remembered the names of all of our family who helped with the purchase.

Fabulous and fast!
Glyn has been fantastic, great communication. When I have a question he is very quick to find the information and get it back to us. When we first meet him at the home open he was so friendly , helpful and giving suggestions that can be done to the house to improve it for us and our needs. I've meet many real estate agents and their vibe can be pushy and fake but with what I've experienced with Glyn his is not the vibe. Cheers for all you help and keep up the good work :)

Helpful and knowledgeable
Michelle was great at finding houses to look at that meet our criteria but we otherwise might not have looked at. When it came to selling our house she was always ontop of issues that came along.

Michelle's process of communication and feed back from opens homes was excellent. The original price indication was slightly inflated, but due to the environment I felt we got a great and fair price on the property. Michelle put her heart and soul into selling this home and we are extremely grateful of the outcome she has achieved. This was a challenging and property to sell especially due to the time of the year.

Communication skills outstanding!!
I would have to say that Glyn's communication, listening skills and his professional manner was what made the sale of the house go so smoothly. I was never in any doubt about what was going on, and nothing was a problem. He had his finger on the pulse as to where the market for the house would be. He is a team player with many others in summit. I would recommend Glyn for anyone wanting to buy or sell a house.

Couldn't have been a better experience
From start to finish it went as Michelle told us the price range she thought it would go for was on the mark with us getting the top dollar we discussed. I was unsure with the offers over marketing but it could have been a better result for us.Thanks to you and team (also give Frankie a pat ) we will use Summit again if required and so should anyone wanting to sell

Sold in less than 3 days
This is the third house in as many years that Glyn has sold for us. The first two I chose an opposition agent with no luck and little interest. Glyn saved the day on both occasions and getting the results we wanted. The latest was sold in less than 3 days after picking the right agent from the get go. We have left the region but fingers crossed that Glyn sells nationally for the next one.

Glyn recently sold our house in Appleby
From the moment we met Glyn we were extremely impressed. He was very thorough and professional but also very friendly and personable which made communication easy. There was no exaggeration or wild promises just facts backed up with local knowledge and experience. He didn’t give us any false expectations just explained where he thought the market was at.
