Glyn from the first meeting created a trusting, professional relationship. Our property had never been on the market and was unique to our family way of life and lifestyle of living. Glyn soon came to realise that it wasn't just me and my husband in this sale of property but our family who were all extremely interested, extremely ingaged and also as unique I guess in personality as the property was. He took us all on and the propety in all its glory, and personalised it into his marketing plan for an assured sale of the home that highlighted its many features.

Who would have known that going into the early stages of marketing the property that NZ would be going into a lockdown. Glyn steadied the ship as we went through this phase. During this time he continued to build interest in our property and coming out of lockdown we were on course for another round of property viewing and swell of interest. This ground work of Glyn and his team resulted in a multiply offer situation only a few weeks following NZ moving into Level 4 and coming out of lockdown.
We knew the work it took to sell this property, Glyn made it sounds easy, but we had our share of ups and downs during the process and steadying the nerves were part of the journey. Glyn has a great sense of humour which we all connected with and his encouraging enthusisam for the longterm goal kept us all focused and positive.
