We planned our house sale for well over a year with Glyn. As the building process took longer than anticipated it gave us the opportunity to get to know Glyn over that time. His communication skills are excellent and he would contact us on a regular basis to check our progress and give us an update on the current market. Originally we looked at an option of selling privately and discussed this with Glyn, we were so pleased he talked us around to using an agent as we noticed the benefits immediately. Glyn is easy to work and has a nice manner but at the same time is very professional. He delivered on his promises (i.e. everything happened on time), was easily accessible, responsive and he was very good with follow up. I felt that he had a really good handle on the market and he puts the wider Summit network to good use. Overall a very good and pleasant experience given the importance of it from my point of view.
