Michelle Westrupp

Michelle has been a true delight to work with. She is an awesome communicator, very approachable and honest. Her consideration of others is also a stand out - in my case: her willingness to work with my tenants in order to lessen any disruption to them during the sale process, was wonderful. Michelle definitely made me feel totally at ease from day one! She is very much “Michelle the Magnificent” and I highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling. You won’t be disappointed!

Michelle was highly professional, responsive, and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. Thank you for helping me navigate the purchase of my first home.

Michelle’s knowledge of the market was spot on. She diligently attended to all matters throughout the process, enabling us to be relaxed and without concern. Thanks Michelle

From the moment we met Michelle we felt we were in the right hands. She immediately understood the situation and our ideas about the sale of the property. She communicated clearly at all times. We knew exactly what to expect. We live in another country so it could have been a challenge, but with Michelle that did not become an issue. We are very pleased with the buyer she found - a first home buyer - so we feel good about the sale and who the home is going to. Ultimately, we cannot recommend Michelle highly enough. Hers was a five-star performance on all fronts and we are most grateful for her professional expertise and very friendly manner. Sue & Jeff

We sold and bought at the same time. She gave us everything we needed to know, answered all our questions , kept us on track, supported us when the going got tough, and liaised between all the parties!! Could not have done this without her.

Michelle was great to deal with. Her communication was great throughout the entire process of purchasing our new property, she made all our requested appointments times work for her and it was a fast and easy process
