Glyn has been fantastic, great communication. When I have a question he is very quick to find the information and get it back to us. When we first meet him at the home open he was so friendly , helpful and giving suggestions that can be done to the house to improve it for us and our needs. Michelle's process of communication and feed back from opens homes was excellent. The original price indication was slightly inflated, but due to the environment I felt we got a great and fair price on the property. Michelle put her heart and soul into selling this home and we are extremely grateful of the outcome she has achieved. This was a challenging and property to sell especially due to the time of the year.

I would have to say that Glyn's communication, listening skills and his professional manner was what made the sale of the house go so smoothly. I was never in any doubt about what was going on, and nothing was a problem. He had his finger on the pulse as to where the market for the house would be.
