It’s easy to see why Glyn is number 1. From my initial contact regarding selling right through the short process it was easy and no stress at all. My house sold within 10 days of my initial approach. He knows the market and gives good sound advice. Highly recommend to use Glyn & his team

We chose Glyn after researching Real Estate and there performances. Glyn is a true professional and we appreciated his knowledge and realistic view of the market prices. He worked hard and kept us well informed throughout the process. Was easy to get along with and his sense of humour was appreciated. His sales assistant Tasha was also professional and well informed.

As a reluctant seller,Glyn turned what was initially viewed as a negative experience into an exciting challenge with a Win/Win result for both seller and buyer. He not only sold our home but came up with a lovely new option while at no time did we feel under pressure. He has the knack and enthusiasm to understand what his clients are seeking and was prepared to go “the extra mile”.Thankyou,Glyn.

Having lived in our home for 40+ years and never experienced selling, even the thought of such a task felt overwhelming. We started asking family and friends for recommendations expecting to meet with more than one agent before making our decision. Our first meeting was with Glyn Delany from Summit. Right from the onset, we felt so comfortable with Glyn. We knew he was the right fit for us and we were excited to list. Throughout the whole process Glyn was amazing. Such a professional with excellent communication skills, incredible knowledge of the industry and an amazing personality. We highly recommend Glyn to anyone thinking of selling.

We were looking for a home and Michelle was the agent marking the house we liked. It was tricky because both my partner and myself had houses to sell so our offer was conditional on the Sale of both. Michelle impressed us by selling one quickly at an excellent price. Which left one house to sell luckily it did and the deal went unconditional we were very happy with Michelle she was professional and kept us fully informed throughout. We have no hesitation in recommending her to sell your home and if you are luck enough to buy through her I'm sure you will find her excellent as we have. Sharon and Mathew.

We engaged Michelle to sell our home of 20 years. Michelle exceeded our expectations with her professionalism right from the start. Communication, honesty and very approachable are all the attributes you wish for in an agent and Michelle ticks all those boxes. We highly recommend Michelle as your hard working, multitasking agent. It's been an absolute pleasure having Michelle as our agent.
