Michelle has a great knowledge on the market and knows price to suggest. Everything was done professionally and left you with the feeling everything was under control which in fact was. The advertising and photos was great and Michelle kept you informed of progress after each open home. This is the second time we have dealt over ten years and I would recommend Michelle and Summit to anyone.

Michelle, was so helpful and very responsive on my home purchase. Going so far as to show me homes in a downpour where her clothes were soaked! As this was my first home purchase in New Zealand, it was a bit stressful as multiple offers where on the property. Michelle gave me good advice and met me at the property several times. Thankfully, my offer was accepted. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

Wanting to sell our family home of 20+ years, it was an easy choice for us to approach Michelle to be our agent. Michelle worked tirelessly in a market that was challenging but with a huge amount of patience and a hurdle or two to jump Michelle obtained us a result we are happy with. Michelle, we can't thank you enough for keeping us informed every step of the way, and for being there when we needed to talk things through, you went above and beyond to help us, and we truly appreciate all you have done. Thank-you!

The whole process was very good with her, very understanding and patient since we showed interest in the property. It has helped a lot as a frist buyer.

This is the 3rd house we have sold with Michelle. If she didn't do a good job we wouldn't keep going back to her. She is honest and realistic with things. It has been great having her to deal with problems that come along instead of trying to sort it out by ourselves.

From the get go Emma was enthusiastic and worked hard in a difficult market to get us a good sale price on our home. We were very happy working with her, and have engaged her for another property.
