After living in the same house for 47 years, I decided to sell up and move on but the prospect of this was both stressful and daunting. As soon as I met Glyn with his cheerful friendly informative manner I knew I had made the right decision. He went of his way to make sure finances I needed to be able to move on with the next chapter in my life a retirement village. I had absolutely no idea the amount of hard work that goes on with the team at summit everyone was friendly and polite including the office girls. Although head spinning at times, this experience has been interesting and enjoyable with a few laughs in between. We just had the most straight forward purchase of a property ever, No sooner had we returned to Wellington after house searching in Tasman when we saw this house online. Callum did a walk through via Zoom and we thought we need to come and see for ourselves. If Callum had not been so thorough we may not have. We came, we saw, we said yes, this was the house for us. It was all rather quick but we had confidence in Callum and felt we could go back to Wellington knowing that we were in safe hands with Callum and the Summit team. It was hard to choose a "review headline", so many positive words came to mind. Here's a few more: totally reliable, enthusiastic, realistic, determined, committed, highly experienced, in touch, nothing slips, everything gets taken care of as soon as it can. Her advice is always in the best interest of the vendor (rather than making life easier her) and also respectful of purchasers. Working tirelessly and consistently towards a sale and never slacking off before the ball is over the line. I cannot imagine anyone else, or any other company, could have done better with this sale.
