Excellent result
Michelle gave a clear picture of the current market and where our property's price range could be. She listened to our views. Michelle had prospective purchasers at the property as soon as it went on the market, one open home and we were lucky enough to have offers in shortly afterwards. Property sold in a very short time meeting our upper end price. Michelle was in regular contact with updates on what was happening and was clear on procedures.

It was so easy to sell your house with Michelle. Perserverance required!
