We meet with Tony at a property we had seen that day, the accommodated us and met us at the property that afternoon. Tony was fantastic to deal with, down to earth and straight to the point. Tony was not pushy and just let us get on with looking at the property pointing out features. We have dealt with many agents in the last 20 years who have just been too much and try to get the sale and not see the person. I would deal with Tony again.

Due to other potential purchaser interest in different property options, Will had the complex job of presenting a multi offer scenario to the Vendors. The Vendors we beneficiaries of an estate that seemed to be difficult to deal with. From what i understand Will managed the process well, it was not a standalone property sale and purchase .

Jackie (and Cat!) are just the sort of people you want in your corner during the process. Jackie was always completely on top of everything. She’s super communicative, quick to respond, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure things kept moving smoothly. What we appreciated most was her balance between being assertive and getting things done when needed, whilst also remaining calm, reassuring, and making us feel like everything was under control at all times.
