She was very respectful to let us know prior to moving, in what to expect of any maintenence that would be carried out at the property. Aimieelee, took good care of our "business", followed up quickly when things needing to happen. The new tenants were also very positive about their experiences. Aimieelee gave us clear information about the potential tenants. The only thing I wonder, is whether Bayleys gets quotes (say at least two) for jobs to be done on the house. We were "a little" surprised by the more $ 700,-- dollar interior house cleaning bill for 100 sq m house.

Lorraine Willetts has been our property manager of choice on three different occasions now in 2 different properties. She took time to get to know us and understand our needs regarding tenants and communicated really well in introducing any prospective tenants so we were able to make the best choice for our property. She has a very good market knowledge. Once a tenant is chosen Lorraine communicates promptly to answer any quieries ourselves or our tenants have.
