Great service from Grace Eaton
It has been a pleasure having Grace as my property manager in Blenheim. Her warm and genuine manner has made her easy to communicate with. She is quick to return calls and action things that need doing. Grace sends detailed reports regularly and has her finger on the pulse of what is happening in the rental market. Grace is observant and notices the small things that matter when renting property as well as the big things. I would recommend Grace and Bayleys to anyone looking for a great property manager.

AMAZING TEAM
Throughout the entire Tenancy Application Process of Viewing, Applying, being successful, Signing Tenancy Agreement and receiving Entry Condition Report and Keys to our Rental home, Wendy liaised with our Landlord and guided us with Patience, Clear Explanations, and kept us totally Informed as we took each and every step, which was a new procedure to us, of the Tenacy Application process.
