I was always going to use Harcourts for the sale of my property, and after meeting Jo I knew immediately she was my agent. Right from the start nothing was too much trouble, and Jo was always available when I needed her help. Her eye for detail meant that we had the property looking its absolute best when we went to market. Jo worked tirelessly with open homes and multiple private viewings, and she always made sure each potential buyer had all the information they asked for and had plenty of time at the property. During the campaign she kept me fully informed on numbers visiting and their pricing feedback, and at the auction we exceeded all pricing expectations. Max is very approachable. In the initial assessment he was honest without being judgemental and throughout the process was supportive and responsive. He gave clear guidance for work to be done prior to the first open homes and he presented our home positively to each potential purchaser. His marketing package, particularly the video, was excellent. At all times he went above and beyond expected to ensure we had a good experience in this stressful process. Overall, Max is a talented salesperson and a thoroughly nice man. We highly recommend this seller to be your agent for your next sale. We would also like to mention Bridgette, who was our auctioneer and starred in the video with Max. She is extremely skilled, also friendly and inspired confidence in us to gain an excellent result on the day. Honorable mention for the photographer/videographer, excellent job done, thank you (the quiet hero of house sales). Also for Naushad who took the open homes while Max was away for a few days.
