When we found the right place, she guided us through the auction process (our first experience), making sure we felt informed, prepared and confident every step of the way. After we purchased our home, she organised a special viewing for our kids and brought along a ‘sold’ sticker for each of them, making them feel part of the journey...something that meant a lot to us.
